We are looking for a Senior Yardi Application Developer to provide support, drive enhancements for Yardi Voyager modules, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business needs.

Full Time Permanent Role

3 times a week on site (Near King Station)

Salary Range: CAD $120,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, interfaces, controls, and outputs.

• Design, develop, and code Yardi system enhancements per project specifications and user requirements.

• Install, test, and debug enhancements to meet performance standards.

• Produce and maintain process documentation for end‑users.

• Engage with business partners to validate enhancements and monitor solution effectiveness.

• Provide ongoing maintenance to keep software optimized.

• Troubleshoot performance issues across OS, database, and SQL layers.

• Resolve Yardi Voyager helpdesk tickets, managing daily submissions at Tier 3 support level.

• Recommend system improvements, best practices, and innovative solutions to enhance Yardi Voyager functionality.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

• 6+ years of experience with Yardi development

• 5+ years of experience with SQL skills for reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting

• 5+ years of experience with software development processes - debugging, code tuning, code management and branching, coding styles and refactoring.
