Our client has an immediate need for a Senior UX Content Specialist/Strategist to design and map clear, user-centered content and decision flows for a hiring assessment process on a Drupal 8 platform.

Overview:

We’re seeking a UX Content Strategist to support the development of a hiring decision tree and contractor assessment tool through Drupal 8. This role will focus on developing and mapping clear, user-centered content within a decision tree to guide leaders through a decisions-making process in support of hiring a worker or contractor.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to plan, design and implement effective content pathways, landing pages, and engagement flows that guide users to the right outcomes.

3-5 month contract

Must Have:

• 6+ years of experience in UX Content Strategy, Content Design, or UX Writing
• Familiarity with Drupal 8 content management, including page editing and 'advanced' layout management
• Experience in Website content development and user journey mapping
• Strong knowledge of Drupal 8 CMS, including content editing and layout configuration.
• Experience developing user journeys, content architecture, and content for diverse user groups
• Ability to translate decision trees into intuitive, web-ready content
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics-driven content optimization

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with complex, enterprise-level websites
• Understanding of Drupal development workflows
• Knowledge of content-related information security and privacy best practices
