Description
Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator with expertise in end-to-end implementation, complex configurations, and cross-functional collaboration for Universal Request and Unified Service Portal projects.
6 month contract to March 31, 2026
Must Haves:
- 5+ years' experience managing SaaS/cloud platforms in large organizations
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (required)
- Hands-on experience configuring and deploying Universal Request in ServiceNow
- Strong Service Portal development skills (scripting, widgets, customization)
- Experience with Service Catalog, workflows, and request management
- Skilled in scoped app customization and REST/SOAP integrations
- Good understanding of platform security (roles, ACLs)
- Proficient in front-end web technologies: HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap
- Ability to build accessible, user-friendly, mobile-ready portals aligned with UX designs
- Experience with Performance Analytics or reporting (preferred)
- Familiarity with UX/UI design tools like Figma (preferred)
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations such as SAML or OAuth (preferred)
