Senior SAP Project Manager required to assist on SAP Time & Attendance implementation project. 2025-043

Our GTA based, Municipal Government client requires the services of a Senior SAP Project Manager to assist on their SAP Time & Attendance implementation project.

ROLE:

Our Client is moving forward with their SAP modernization roadmap, further implementing SAP business processes in the Time, Attendance and Scheduling area.

The project is implementing the Workforce Software solution by SAP.

Our Client is looking for a Senior Project Manager experience to manage this project which is already in the build phase with other releases to come. For this role, Time and Attendance experience is an asset but not Mandatory. Experience in public transit or large unionized public sector organizations would be an asset.

Therefore, strong leadership, facilitation, interpersonal combined with verbal/written skills are needed to interact with business teams following leading practices.

MUST HAVE:

· At least 8 years experience leading projects as a SAP Project Manager.

· Demonstrated leadership skills presenting project status reports to various business stakeholders

· Must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation

· Post-secondary education in a business, finance, engineering, or related discipline

· Experience managing ERP/time & attendance solutions across multiple vendors (Workforce, Sodales, SAP, HASTUS, etc.).
