Duration: 6 Months

Location: Toronto, Winnipeg, London (Hybrid - 3x/week onsite)

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support its Workplace Solutions line of business. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering large and high-risk projects in a hybrid methodology environment. Reporting to executive sponsors and working with both business and technology teams, the PM will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle while ensuring the timely delivery of business value.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large and high-risk/complex projects

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality in alignment with business goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and delivery

Engage and manage relationships with senior/executive stakeholders across business and IT

Facilitate risk assessments, manage mitigation plans, and ensure risk transparency

Drive stakeholder communications and reporting across all levels of the organization

Mentor and coach junior project managers and project stakeholders

Ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices in project delivery

Must Haves:

7-10 years experience managing large, complex projects and programs

Strong knowledge of Workplace Solutions, Workplace Transformation, or facilities/operations-related projects

PMP Certification

Strong business, technical, and financial acumen

Nice to Haves:

Familiarity with Book of Record systems and governance tools

Exposure to coaching and developing PMO capabilities within an organization
