Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Patient Orchestrator platform serving as the central intelligence layer across patient-facing systems.

Duration: 1 Year to Start

Location: Brampton (1-2 days/week onsite)

Project: Patient Orchestrator platform unifies and coordinates healthcare assets across Pharmacy and Healthcare lines of business, enabling seamless integration with platforms including PC Health and Patient Connect.

You'll be responsible for bringing structure to ambiguity, ensuring engineering alignment, managing integrations, and driving forward momentum in a highly complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Patient Orchestrator platform, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope execution.
• Develop, refine, and maintain detailed project artifacts including charters, RACI matrices, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource plans, and RAID logs.
• Establish and drive clear project milestones and delivery timelines. Track progress across multiple workstreams using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Partner with product and engineering leads to translate vision into actionable development plans. Drive progress by engaging directly in technical discussions.
• Support engineering teams by identifying interdependencies, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment on acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the monthly project budget, including forecasts, burn rates, variance analysis, and vendor invoices.
• Act as a force for progress-identify issues early, remove barriers, and maintain delivery focus.

Must Haves:

• 7+ Years of Technical Project Management
• Background in Digital Health or Healthcare Industry
• Proven success managing technical platform/integration projects
• Ability to dig into the technical details-familiar with architecture, APIs, and platform dependencies
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Clarity
