Location: Hybrid/ Toronto or London (Currently 2 days on site-starting Nov 3rd it will be on 4 days on site (London or Toronto), could be possible 5 days in office occasionally)

Duration: 6 Months (Good Chance of Extension)

Schedule: 37.5 Hours Per Week

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our team works closely with Real Estate, Business Lines and Technology teams on initiatives related to Moves, Openings, Relocations & Technology upgrades or decommissions ensuring the right services align to now & future state. We provide a cost-effective service to deliver Technology to our partners for the future in our North American Campus, Retail and Home locations. Enabling our colleague's productivity and ease of use no matter where they work.

The candidate will do the following:

· Deliver large real estate infrastructure projects: on time, budget, scope, and with quality!

· Oversight of multiple IT Real Estate projects

· Strong Knowledge to map IT services to Real Estate design.

· Communicate with business partners, IT and Real Estate efficiently.

· Create artifacts as needed for financials, reporting, and presentations.

· Facilitate meetings, requirements, processes, and communication,

· Collaborate with vendors: Construction, IT, Audio Video, Real Estate.

· Resolve challenges aggressively and creatively.

Project Description: A new Executive Office Design is being implemented at the Bank. This office design could be implemented in any area in North America. There is an executive floor at that is part of this scope.

The project scope includes the following:

1. Review office layout and construction drawings for technology requirements where this could be a new floor or a existing floor.

2. Create a technology design and cost estimate and coordinate / track approvals.

3. Request and coordinate the removal of existing technology from the office prior to renovation.

4. Order and coordinate the technology installation in the office.

5. Organize technology training for the executives and their assistance for the new technology.

6. Track all actual costs against the original estimates and ensure and project changes are properly approved.

Project Description: We are implementing lab locations Downtown Toronto (3 labs)

The project scope includes the following:

1. Review Lab Layout and construction drawings for technology requirements.

2. Create a technology design and cost estimate and coordinate / track approvals.

3. Request and coordinate the removal of existing technology from the location prior to renovation.

4. Order and coordinate the technology installation in the lab.

5. Ensuring testing / certification completed prior to lab completion.

6. Coordinate the move of the lab into the new space.

7. Track all actual costs against the original estimates and ensure and project changes are properly approved.

Project Description: Provide Project Lead support for larger Business Unit moves into a new or renovated location. (Various Projects)

The project scope includes the following:

1. Review the existing and new space for technology requirements.

2. Work with the move team on technology requirements

3. Request and coordinate the removal of existing technology from the location after business unit moves out.

4. Order and coordinate the technology installation in the new location office.

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) 8+ years of Project Management experience

2.) Understanding network side of physical technology (meeting rooms, working with multiple vendors),

3.) At least one project working within real estate within the technology side

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) Agile certification

2.) PMP certification
