Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a series of platform upgrades within a Tier 1 banking environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in platform implementation and experience working within agile environments. This role involves managing multiple workstreams and providing oversight at a program level to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate platform upgrade initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Support program-level governance and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks across multiple workstreams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in platform implementation projects.
- Strong project management skills with exposure to Scrum or Agile methodologies.
- Ability to operate at both project and program levels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Banking or financial services experience is an asset.
