Senior Project Coordinator for the Transformation Office, that will focus on Testing and the Integrated Program Plan.

Duration: 12 months contract

Location: Toronto Canada

Work Arrangement: Minimum 4 days per week in the office

About the Role

This role sits within the Transformation Office and supports a large-scale investment platform implementation (Aladdin). You’ll help coordinate and oversee testing activities and ensure the overall program stays on track. This is a delivery-focused role, working closely with internal teams and system integrator.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Testing Coordination (Main Focus)

• Coordinate end-to-end testing:
• SIT (System Integration Testing)
• UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Parallel runs & data validation
• Track testing progress, defects, and issues
• Run defect triage meetings and follow up on resolutions
• Ensure testing stays aligned with timelines and quality standards
• Work with Deloitte and internal teams to ensure delivery

You are not executing test cases, but overseeing and coordinating them

2. Program Tracking & Planning

• Maintain the Integrated Program Plan (IPP)
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure teams are aligned and deadlines are met

3. Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination

• Provide clear updates on:
• Progress
• Risks & issues
• Testing status
• Work closely with business, tech, data, and external partners
• Support governance and ensure consistent processes

Must-Have Experience

• 6+ years in project coordination or project management
• Experience on large transformation programs
• Strong experience with testing coordination (SIT, UAT, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (test tracking, defects, dashboards)
• Experience with tools like:
• Smartsheet / MS Project
• Excel / PowerPoint

Nice to Have

• Experience with investment platforms like:
• Aladdin
• SimCorp
• Bloomberg, etc.
• Background in consulting (Big 4 preferred)
