Our client is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to oversee facilities sourcing, vendor relations and vendor negotiations. (RFP PS25-FS-046)

Must Have

• 6+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing
• Experience managing vendor relationships
• Experience negotiating leases and contracts
• ***Direct experience in the Facilities category*** (high priority)

Nice to Have

• Experience optimizing spend without compromising service or quality (3+ years)
• Experience supporting multiple sourcing categories (2+ years)
• Public sector or finance experience

Description

Procurement Manager to support their Procurement Services team during a period of transformation and increased workload. This role will focus on sourcing and procurement of facility leases and services, collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing vendor relationships. The Procurement Manager will also negotiate leases and contracts and ensure that the Facilities team’s needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. Additional support across other categories may be required based on workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities for facility leases and services

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand Facilities requirements

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality and performance

• Negotiate leases and contracts to achieve cost-effective solutions

• Optimize spend while maintaining service standards and quality

• Provide support in other procurement categories as needed
