Our client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead change strategy and business readiness for SAP S/4HANA Transformation program (RR26-003)


Operating at the intersection of business transformation and digital delivery, this role defines and operationalizes enterprise-level OCM strategies that drive sustained behavioral change and measurable adoption across portfolios. The successful consultant will design frameworks, engagement models, and communications that align sponsorship, learning, and measurement to organizational outcomes. This contract offers high visibility across IT and business functions supporting strategic capability development within a major operational transformation.

This role requires you to be onsite 5 days/week in Calgary, working 8-5pm

Must Haves

  • 10+ years leading organizational change management programs across technology and transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship coaching, and change communications
  • Advanced capability in adoption measurement, analytics, and change impact assessment
  • Proficiency in training design and enablement programs supporting behavioral adoption
  • Degree in Business, Communications, or related discipline

Nice to Have

  • Formal certifications or training in change management methodologies
  • Experience supporting digital or AI-driven transformation programs
  • Background in transportation or complex operational environments
  • Experience with tool-enabled adoption tracking or OCM platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop organizational change strategies, capability maps, and integrated OCM plans
  • Identify and prioritize stakeholders, define sponsor engagement models, and coach sustaining sponsors
  • Create communication plans and storytelling materials explaining transformation scope and rationale
  • Define adoption approaches, training programs, and superuser/champion models
  • Integrate OCM planning with PMO delivery lifecycles and program schedules
  • Measure adoption, sentiment, and change impact against defined strategic outcomes
  • Drive sustainment and continuous improvement to reduce adoption drag and institutionalize practices
