Looking for an experienced MDM Solution Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Master Data Management (IBM MDM) and banking domain experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of MDM experience and strong technical skills in SQL optimization, data analysis, integration, data mapping, and performance tuning.

Work Mode - 5 days per week on site

Duration - 1 year with extensions

Project Duration - 3 years

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Master Data Management
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM MDM
• Proven experience in the banking / financial services domain
• Strong technical expertise in SQL optimization and query performance tuning
• IBM Master Data Management (IBM MDM) / Experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM
• Strong SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Experience with Oracle / DB2 / SQL Server / PostgreSQL
• Data mapping, data profiling, and root cause analysis
• Understanding of match/merge, survivorship, deduplication, and hierarchy management
• Experience with ETL tools, APIs, web services, and middleware integration
• Knowledge of data quality, data governance, and reference data management
• Familiarity with Java, XML, JSON, and batch processing is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into IBM MDM solution designs
• Configure and support match/merge, survivorship, hierarchy, and data quality rules
• Perform source-to-target mapping, data analysis, and master data modeling
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance for MDM workloads
• Work with development teams on APIs, ETL, batch jobs, and real-time interfaces
• Support testing, defect analysis, production deployment, and performance troubleshooting
