Job Title: IT - IT Project Control Coordinator - Senior

Duration: 4 months

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - every Monday, First Friday of each month

Office Location: 81 Bay 15th Floor



Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented General Consultant to support core business-as-usual (BAU) reporting and fiscal planning activities within the Office of the CIO. This role is ideal for a "Jack or Jill of all trades"-someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a critical mindset to data review, and can manage recurring reporting cycles with precision and insight.


Must Have Requirement:

• 8+ years in a professional setting using Excel for structured reporting, fiscal planning, and data consolidation.

• Strong analytical mindset to critically review provided information and identify risks

• Experience with recurring reporting cycles and meeting tight deadlines

• Clear, professional communication for engaging with cross-functional teams

• High attention to detail in reviewing fiscal planning inputs and producing executive summaries

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with Banking fiscal planning processes

• Familiarity with IT governance and planning cycles

• Experience working in a CIO or PMO environment

• Knowledge of dashboarding tools such as Power BI

• Process improvement mindset with ability to enhance reporting workflows

• Attention to detail - Precision in reviewing templates, identifying inconsistencies, and flagging risks
