Senior Program Manager

3 days a week required in the Markham office,

6 month



ongoing and ambitious Digital Transformation initiative, we anticipate that additional hours may occasionally be required beyond the standard work week to meet critical milestones and deliverables. We kindly ask that all candidates you put forward meet the following criteria:

mandate and goals. You are strong in program & project management practice and possess both business

and technical acumen. You support the team and work to achieve results within the constraints of budget,

What you’ll do

• Stakeholder Management: Experience leading large programs, managing executive expectations.

• Program & Project Planning: Develop integrated project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets,

and allocation of resources.

• Team Leadership: Lead project teams, including internal and external partners, ensuring alignment

with project goals and objectives.

• Risk Management: Guide and support the team to identify potential project risks and develop

mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.

• Financial Management: Produce cost models, maintain budgets and expenditures, making vital

adjustments to stay within budget.

Understand data collection, correlation and analysis.

• Highly proficient in project management principles, methods, techniques and tools.

• Demonstrate leadership and flexibility, as well as the ability to build rapport with clients, team

members, managers, and senior executives in a consulting context.

• Highly organized, meets project deadlines and proactively delivers on business objectives

• Manage complex work activities across large, cross-functional teams for product data governance,

including the Product Data Governance Council and product data initiatives lead by other teams.

• Collaborate with senior and functional stakeholders to define and enforce product data ownership,

data quality and stewardship across the enterprise for Enterprise Product Critical Data Elements and

processes to add or update.

• Support with facilitating senior executives through enterprise product data governance decisions

including process mapping, roles and responsibilities, and contributing to deliverables and

documentation to ensure data quality and integrity objectives are achieved.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the value chain involved in product data initiatives -

including functional business teas, technology, reporting and analytics, technical product

management, change management, communications, learning/training, etc. to plan and deliver



MUST HAVES:

• MUST Have background and experience with Insurance, Financial sector and delivered on large scale

Strategic Data Transformation Programs.

• Experience as a Program & Project Manager with at least 15 years’ experience managing programs

with large budget (10 MM+), complex solutions and over multiple years

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• Project management certification (PMP) is a must

• Manage and lead the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Visualization projects execution from

initial to a successful completion.

• Lead the proposal development and provide the proposal information including cost estimation,

schedules and status reports.

• Effectively manage scope and dependencies, identify risks and issues, and proactively

resolve/mitigate them.

• Work closely with Clients on status, risks, mitigation, and timing; ensure projects are delivered to

time, cost and quality.

• Liaise with Enterprise Data Architecture, ensure adherences of data principles for compliance

requirements.

• Managed at least 2 to 3 end-to-end data warehouse/data lake/data visualization implementation

with at least one project implementation experience with Government sector.




• Possess 5+ years enterprise Data management experience in managing projects, preferably in high

tech company.

• Proficient with at least one of more of the following technologies: SAS, IBM, Informatica, Microsoft,

AWS, QIik, etc.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Teams and SharePoint

• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
