end client is Health Insurance

Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience in Software Quality Engineering
API testing & debugging (Any RestClient & Charles exposure a must)
Experience working in Agile development environment, ideally with distributed team.
Sufficient exposure to sprint-by-sprint test planning, execution, & releases.
Experience in creating, providing and reviewing Test Estimations, Project/ Sprint Planning effort.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views)
Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Field services
Hands on with D365 customer service
Knowledge on Power Platform components like Power apps, Power Automate flow, Canvas Apps
Working knowledge on D365 marketing (Customer Journeys)
Experience with API testing in Dynamics 365 CRM, using tools like Postman, Swagger

Microsoft certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals(CRM) or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
