Our enterprise utilities client is looking for a Senior Contracts Specialist to manage complex agreements, support strategic sourcing, and liaise with legal and suppliers across North American energy projects.

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) in the energy, utilities, or industrial sector
• 6 + years of hands-on experience drafting, negotiating, interpreting, and managing complex commercial contracts
• Proven experience with service, construction, or equipment agreements involving multimillion-dollar spend
• Experience managing supplier performance and relationship governance for high-value vendors
• Demonstrated ability to draft and issue formal contractual notices, amendments, and correspondence
• Direct experience collaborating with Legal teams on risk mitigation, compliance, and contract disputes
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., SAP Ariba)
• Solid understanding of renewable energy (wind/solar) contract structures (preferred but not mandatory)
