Description
Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead change strategy and adoption for supply chain modernization and materiel visibility initiatives.
Background:
A large-scale supply chain transformation initiative is underway to modernize inventory management, improve asset visibility, and enhance operational efficiency across a complex logistics environment. This includes the implementation of new digital capabilities, such as automated data capture technologies, to improve accuracy, traceability, and decision-making.
Tasks:
- Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption plans aligned to project objectives
- Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments to identify affected groups, readiness levels, and targeted intervention strategies
- Design and deliver change readiness assessments, workshops, and engagement sessions to build awareness, alignment, and buy-in
- Create and implement communication and training materials that support adoption (aligned with ADKAR or similar frameworks)
- Identify, track, and mitigate change risks, resistance points, and adoption challenges, including maintaining a change risk register
- Monitor and report on change adoption, performance metrics, and outcomes, while recommending continuous improvements
Must Haves:
- Change Management - 10+ years
- Supply Chain and Logistics - 5+ years
- Large-Scale Initiatives - 2+ projects (>$10M)
