Our client is Canada's largst retailer. They are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to lead business analysis efforts across complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cyber Command Center initiatives

Location: 4 days a week onsite in Bramptin HQ

Industry: Retail (Cybersecurity & IAM)

Duration: 6 months

This role requires a seasoned analyst who can operate with limited direction, lead requirement elicitation across multiple teams, and provide strategic input into cybersecurity programs.

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
• Experience working on IAM and/or enterprise cybersecurity projects
• Strong understanding of IAM principles (authentication, access controls, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC)
• Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder sessions and translate complex business needs into clear, structured documentation
• Experience writing test cases, supporting QA/UAT, and contributing to project plans

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Develop detailed business and functional requirements to support IAM and cyber initiatives
• Provide strategic input on process improvements, solution design, and project delivery
• Write end-user documentation and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including writing test scripts and facilitating UAT
• Prepare and manage change requests, impact assessments, and related documentation
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, security teams, and business units
• Mentor junior BSAs and support knowledge transfer across teams
