Senior Business Analyst to support the Defense Interim Secret Cloud Optimization initiative.

Our valued Public Sector Client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the Defense Interim Secret Cloud Optimization initiative through a Communication Action plant.

DND requires a Secret Information Technology (IT) infrastructure that provides modernized and effective Command and Control (C2) capabilities, and services; enables the timely exchange of data between the strategic and tactical levels, among sensors, analysts, planners, and decision makers

Responsibilities:

• Develop a Communication Action Plan
• Asses audience for required documents/manuals
• Develop cloud migration guides
• Prepare cloud training materials, tutorials, learning modules
• Document cloud governance and compliance
• User requirements and workflows
• Able to get engagement from the stakeholders and end users

Must Haves:

• Business Analyst 10+years
• Secret clearance
• Strong Presentation Skills - present to Senior Executives
• Exposure to Cloud transformation projects 2+years
• Degree or Diploma in IM/IT

Nice to Haves:

• Bilingual (English and French)
• DND/CAF projects OR Project Approval Directive (PAD)

Work Location:

• Fully remote (Occasional on site requirements)
