Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (8-10 years) to support liquidity and non-market trading risk systems enhancements

Join a leading banking organization focused on maintaining strong liquidity and risk controls. This role contributes to enhancements of current liquidity systems and supports high-impact risk measurement projects across LCR, NCCF, NSFR, and related stress scenarios. Working within a small, collaborative team, this position offers exposure to a well-established environment with long-term potential and strong internal networking opportunities.

Must Haves

  • 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis within Market and Liquidity Risk domains including LCR, NCCF, NSFR, and Stress Scenarios
  • Proficiency with financial instruments, regulations, and market risk metrics
  • Solid understanding of Regulatory and Compliance environments
  • Advanced use of Microsoft applications and tools including Power BI
  • Post-secondary education

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree
  • Pursuit or completion of CFA/FRM designation
  • Risk, valuation, and/or reporting systems knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Support enhancements of existing liquidity systems for business-as-usual operations
  • Perform measurement and reporting activities across LCR, NCCF, NSFR, and other liquidity metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather, analyze, and validate risk-related data
  • Develop and improve risk infrastructure leveraging available programming tools
  • Ensure deliverables and timelines are met while maintaining high-quality analysis
  • Participate in onboarding and integration activities as part of a five-person team
  • Engage in regular internal stakeholder meetings to review progress and priorities
