Position Title: Senior Recruiter- Technology

Duration: 1 year

Preferred Candidate Background:

Need someone proactive with an Agile mindset that does not wait for things to happen. Good team player. Shows initiative. Does not have to be reminded of deadlines. Will volunteer for initiatives, proactive candidate. Someone who can hit the ground running in the role.


8+ years of recruiting experience with some Tech recruiting background. I can compromise on the number of years of tech recruiting background if the candidate shows polish and can be a Talent Advisor in the true sense

  • " Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and businesses supported, having deep expertise of external markets with an objective to continuously upgrade talent Manage end to end aspects of the recruitment process / specialized acquisition program Develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent Advise business leads on talent market gaps and provides insights on alternate practices and opportunities
  • Execute on determined plans and provides insight/ guidance to clients on benefits of approach Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle aligned to The Bank's customer experience model Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures and programs as they relate to recruitment Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs and provide consultation on optimal sourcing approaches
  • Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for the talent acquisition function Follow and recommend internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the organization or candidates Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite of the Bank


MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) Technology recruitment (overall 10 years of recruitment, 2 to 3 years of tech recruitment)
