Position Title: Senior Project Manager
Target Start Date: Dec 8th
Duration: 9 months
Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid 2 days a week
Office Location: 81 Bay St, 25th floor
What does the LOB do:
Supports strategic initiatives and operational projects within Commercial and Business Banking, focusing on business-driven solutions rather than technology-only execution. This includes managing projects that impact large corporate clients and ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategy.
Cash Management Enhancements: Delivering four initiatives under one business case to enhance functionality for large corporate clients within the cash management product.
ECRM / Salesforce Roadmap: Supporting the development and socialization of a roadmap for CRM priorities in Commercial Banking, with a focus on Salesforce.

Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will lead business-driven projects within Commercial and Business Banking, focusing on cash management functionality and CRM/Salesforce roadmap initiatives. This role requires strong executive-facing skills, the ability to manage ambiguity, and critical thinking to align projects with business strategy. The PM will ensure compliance with project governance, risk assessments, and reporting requirements while coordinating with technology partners for execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of cash management enhancements for large corporate clients
• Drive development and socialization of Salesforce CRM roadmap
• Conduct risk assessments, governance meetings, and ensure adherence to project management frameworks
• Provide regular status reporting and executive updates
• Collaborate with technology teams for implementation while maintaining business ownership
Must Have Requirement:
8-10+ Years as a Business Project Manager
5+ years of experience within cash management
5+ years functional salesforce experience
8+ years executive facing project management
Nice to Have:
Experience with ECRM initiatives
Familiarity with commercial banking products and processes
