Our client is looking for 2 Senior Ansible Developer with Linux, Windows and DevOps experience to develop playbooks for automation

This role is 100% remote, but will be required to work MST hours M-F.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years' experience in Infrastructure Automation focusing on Ansible for Configuration Management, orchestration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Experience with Ansible automation across hybrid environments, including deep knowledge of both Linux (e.g., RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows (e.g., WinRM, PowerShell) targets.
• Experience with Ansible Tower or Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
• Experience integrating Ansible into DevOps tool chains for a GitOps workflow (e.g.,using Git, CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitLab CI/Azure DevOps, and integrating with SecretsManagement tools like HashiCorp Vault

Nice to have:

• Certifications in the following areas:
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Managing Automation with Ansible Automation Platform (EX294)
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Developing Automation with Ansible Automation Platform (EX374)
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
• Additional certifications in Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) or other Configuration Management tools (e.g., Terraform)

Responsibilities:

Automation and Orchestration

• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for various automation tasks.
• Design, implement, and manage automation workflows to streamline operational processes.
• Ensure scalability, efficiency, and resilience in automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
• Integrate Ansible with other tools and platforms as needed.

Monitoring and Optimization

• Implement automated monitoring solutions to track the performance and health of IT systems.
• Analyze system metrics and logs to identify issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the AIOps team to develop and refine predictive analytics and anomaly detection models.
