Senior Agile Project Manager to support a high-performing, cross-functional squads in applying agile principles and frameworks

Our valued client is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to support a high-performing, cross-functional squads in applying agile principles and frameworks.

This is a fully remote position.

Tasks include:

• Guide the squad in applying agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact initiatives aligned with customer and business priorities.
• Ensure that the team maintains a clear line of sight to customer needs and outcomes, facilitating prioritization and decision-making that maximizes value delivery.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous learning. Remove impediments, support team health, and help build sustainable delivery practices.
• Act as a bridge between the squad and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and shared understanding of goals, progress, and risks.
• Use data-driven insights to support team retrospectives, track delivery performance, and identify opportunities for improvement in both process and outcomes.

Must have:

• Eligible for reliability clearance
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology projects.
• 5 years’ experience supporting application operations using technology ticketing systems (i.e. Cherwell, SNOW)
• Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile principles, the Scrum Framework and Kanban.
• Must have delivered at least 3 medium to large size Digital or Technology projects.

Nice to have:

• Project Manager / Scrum Master certification (e.g., DASM, DASSM, PSM, PMP)
• Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
• Knowledge of Planview Portfolios
• Bilingual (English/French)
