Our Financial services client is seeking Remote Senior Business Analyst to support an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) transformation initiative focused on modernizing and consolidating document repositories, improving document governance, and enabling digital document workflows across the organization

6 month contract with possibilities of extensions, 37.5 hrs per week, Remote - BC , & ON (PST hours).

Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst with experience working in Financial services/Banking
• Experience leading discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and business requirements gathering across large organizations.
• Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM), document management, document governance, metadata, or records management solutions.
• Experience mapping current-state and future-state workflows across multiple business units.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 for process documentation and collaboration.
• Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders and uncover requirements across fragmented processes and systems.
• Experience supporting process improvement, digital transformation, or document digitization initiatives.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experienced with Jira or Azure DevOps for documentation and tracking
• Good communicator and be able to interview and extract both functional and nonfunctional needs and translate them for the Tech teams.
