CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:

Degree/Certifications Required: Recruiting cert is a plus but not required

Years of Overall Experience: 8 years

Preferred Candidate Background:

Need someone proactive with an Agile mindset that does not wait for things to happen. Good team player. Shows initiative. Does not have to be reminded of deadlines. Will volunteer for initiatives, proactive candidate. Someone who can hit the ground running in the role.


8+ years of recruiting experience with some Tech recruiting background. I can compromise on the number of years of tech recruiting background if the candidate shows polish and can be a Talent Advisor in the true sense


Good communication skills as this role would involve interacting with Sr Leaders in Tech LOB and HR partners


How will performance be measured: Verbal feedback

Selling Points of Position (CVP): Long term contract, opportunity to work with Bank's transformation teams (Example AI).

Talent Advisors for their LOB’s

Relationship building with leaders within the bank

Full cycle recruitment for tech roles

Following Bank processes for hiring


MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) Technology recruitment (overall 10 years of recruitment, 2 to 3 years of tech recruitment)
