Product Manager who owns the delivery of AI‑ and ML‑enabled products, translating defined use cases into compliant, scalable solutions in close partnership

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI and ML products, from intake of defined use cases through development, deployment, and optimization
• Translate business needs into AI use cases, technical requirements, and success metrics
• Develop and manage the product roadmap for assigned AI initiatives (strategy and use cases are defined by leadership)
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, timelines, dependencies, and release planning
• Partner closely with ML engineers, Azure specialists, data leaders, and AI implementation leads to move solutions into production
• Ensure AI solutions meet privacy, security, regulatory, and compliance standards (e.g., PIPEDA, PHIPA)
• Act as the AI subject matter expert (SME) for business teams-package completed solutions and support adoption
• Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular progress updates (e.g., monthly updates)
• Identify improvement opportunities and champion continuous enhancement of AI products
• Stay current with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents, applying them where relevant

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related field
• 2-6 years of total experience, with at least 2 years working on AI or ML-driven products
• Experience delivering digital, data, or AI-enabled products in an agile environment
• Solid understanding of:
• AI/ML product lifecycles
• Software development and sprint-based delivery
• How AI solutions move from concept to production
• Strong technical fluency without needing to be hands-on (not an ML engineer role)
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Familiarity with Azure AI services and cloud-based data architectures is an asset
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
