Power Platform

• Ability to design a Power Platform solution that aligns with current solution architecture, project requirements, goals, timelines, and costs.
• Build and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Create automated workflows in Power Automate
• Use Power Fx formulas for app logic

2. Data & Integration

• Connect to SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, SQL, and APIs
• Design simple data tables and relationships
• Work with JSON and basic REST API calls

3. Microsoft 365 Knowledge

• Integrate with Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Forms
• Automate common business processes

4. Consulting Mindset & Professionalism

• Demonstrate active listening and empathy to understand client and team needs
• Ask thoughtful, challenging questions to uncover root problems and drive clarity
• Provide strategic guidance on Power Platform adoption, governance, and solution design
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions, balancing technical depth with business relevance
• Support change management and user enablement with tact and clarity

5. Collaboration & Team Dynamics

• Ability to lead and coach a development team within the context of a project.
• Experience and comfort in delegating development tasks when appropriate to development team members
• Foster open dialogue and respectful challenge within teams to improve outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, PMs, and developers to co-create solutions
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team retrospectives with a growth mindset

• Debug and resolve issues in apps and flows
