Our financial services client is seeking a Operations Analyst III (1-2 years) to manage USD payment flows within Nostro and funding operations

Join the Funding and Money Market Middle Office team supporting The Bank's Securities’ daily cash management and internal funding requirements. The role focuses on analyzing and directing USD payments, investigating Nostro account exceptions, and coordinating internal funding relationships. This long-term contract offers in‑depth training and the opportunity to operate in a global capital markets environment with strong collaboration across desks.

Must Haves

• 1+ year in financial operations, banking, or Big 4 environment (including co‑op experience)
• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics

Nice to Have

• Major banking experience
• Master’s degree

Responsibilities

• Manage, analyze, and direct USD dollar payment flows for main trading Nostro using Intraday Liquidity Tool (IDL) and Liquidity Control Manager (LCM)
• Investigate exceptional Nostro account balances under The Bank's Securities
• Manage the Daily Funding Requirement platform and coordinate internal funding relationships with multiple desks
• Assist manager with approval and release of daily transactions
• Provide guidance to junior analysts when issues arise
• Identify, understand, and manage risk appropriately
• Adapt to change and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
