CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:

Degree/Level of Education: post secondary - learning certificate

Certifications Required: L&D or Adult Education certifications an asset.


How will performance be measured: quality of work, deliverables, how they are working within the team, adaptability

Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background: organized has some program and project mgt exp and is comfortable with data and story telling with analytics


Responsibilities:

- Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support Lead LSA in deployment of key large scale programs

Being able to look at data and analysis it - strong with data analysis

Attention to detail

- How much time is being spent in meetings: Id' estimate ~ 50 - 60% on average. This can flex based both on magnitude and multitude of project load at any given time. Our collective aim is to reduce mtg times where / when ever possible in order to free up dedicated / focused work time.

- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) internal only; L&D partners, Business Banking (portfolio), HR partners. Will include combination of Individual Contributors, Managers and Executives across all groups.

- Will the contractor have access to any customer data? No, this is internal facing role, we do not anticipate any external customer data access being required.

Learning Solution Delivery & Project Leadership

• Supports the Lead Learning Solution Architect (LSA) in the execution of large, pan-portfolio CBB L&D initiatives and complex learning solutions aligned to LOB priorities and LOB-specific initiatives.

• Supports the Lead LSA in deployment of large-scale programs including domain learning onboarding, leadership development, and people management programs (partnering with business, HR partners and Leadership Development COE on learner inquiries, enrolments, and managing learner attendance records).

• Leads identified low-to medium-complex initiatives end-to-end as assigned/determined by the Lead LSA (business domain specific and/or people management/leadership projects/programs).

• Supports Lead LSA to prepare project kickoff materials for portfolio initiatives.

• Identifies and escalates risks to annual plan execution (impacts to scope, timing, or budget) for escalation to the Lead LSA.

• Protects the interests of the organization; identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high-risk activities as necessary.

Stakeholder, Vendor & COE Engagement

• Acts as primary point of contact for coordination.

• Organizes meetings, documents, and follows up on actions.

• Supports vendor onboarding and COE engagement.


Must Haves:

Coordination in the L&D space

review data & perform analysis

translate findings to PowerPoint for executive consumption

Previous experience with MS Applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) pivot tables

Strong communication skills

Strong Organizational skills

Self-starter and taking initiative

Detail orientated


NICE-TO-HAVE

knowledge of LMS systems

Microsoft copilot or AI tools - promote engineering tools



EDUCATION

• University degree preferred.

• L&D or Adult Education certifications an asset.

• Commitment to continuous learning.
