Jr. Data and Reporting Analyst to support with data analysis, record keeping and reporting for a large banking client - JP859

Line of business: Technology for Capital Markets & Commercial Banking

Duration/end date: 6 months (Possibility of Extension)

Working hours: Standard 8:30 to 5:00pm - 7.5 hours/day

Location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid: 2 days/week in office (flexible)

Hourly Pay Range: $28/- to $38/- per hour

Ideal candidate will be working in the Business Management team supporting the B2B portfolio on various business needs ranging from data analysis, record keeping to reporting

MUST HAVE:

• 2-3 yrs experience in similar role

• Strong Analytical, Numerical & Problem-solving skills

• Data validation & analysis to support business management reporting requirements.

• Collaboration & communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and document findings. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 & Excel proficiency - Demonstrable Excel skills, PowerPoint, & PowerBI experience essential

• Eagerness to learn: Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and business processes.

• Attention to detail: having a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity in reporting and documentation.

• Business Acumen: Understanding how different aspects of the business connect; and, knowing when to apply technical knowledge to resolve issues.

• Experience working with large data sets and process improvement

NICE TO HAVE

• MIS Reporting and automation experience is nice to have

• Banking/Financial industry
