Jr. Bilingual Analyst to support the release and deployment of Kroll software to pharmacies across Quebec

Our client, Canada's largest retailer, is seeking a Jr. Bilingual Analyst to support a project rolling out Kroll software to pharmacies in Quebec.

The role will be based in office in 2026, with some travel across the province required in January 2027. There will be a pilot at a Montreal location in August, and eventual rollout to 180 stores across Quebec. Full training will be provided.

Duration: ASAP to EOY, possibility of extension

Location: Montreal (3 days/week onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Support Kroll software deployment to pharmacies across Quebec.
• Create and maintain training materials for Kroll release support.
• Provide in-person training and troubleshooting for pharmacy staff.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth rollout and resolve issues.
• This year, there will be no travel. Next year, there will be some travel to pharmacies across Quebec for in-person support as needed.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
• Pharmacy Assistant background
• Strong communication skills and ability to create clear training materials.
• Good people skills who can calmly walk Pharmacists through change. Resilient personality, someone who can handle tight timelines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Pharmacy application rollout
