Our client is looking for is looking for a Web Systems Analyst(Adobe AEM Specialist ) to deploy on a major initiative to enhance the current .COM site in the energy sector.

Overview:

This initiative primarily includes enhancements and configurations to existing applications and will focus on the strategic development of the .com platform.

Must Have's:

• 5+ years of experience in Web Development, with 3+ years in Adobe AEM
• Completion of a 4-year Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent diploma
• Experience with AEM location detection and regional content delivery such as IP based and/or postal code geolocation
• Experience with AEM Forms (adaptive forms using core form components, rule editor, data integrations)
• Content Fragment Models
• Experience Fragments
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, Sling models, and JCR
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs

Nice to Have's:

• Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Automate)
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Azure DevOps experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of Adobe AEM components, templates, and content fragments
• Design and implement regional content delivery strategies within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Design and build dynamic, responsive forms using AEM Forms using core form components and related technologies
• Collaborate with content authors and UX designers to streamline content workflows and improve authoring experiences
• Integrate AEM with other platforms (e.g., M365, SharePoint) where needed
• Support governance, performance tuning, and security best practices for AEM environments
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and analysts
• Document architecture, workflows, and development standards
