Our client is Canadas largest retailer. The Pharmacy/Healthcare division is seeking an Intermediate Tactical Project Manager with vendor management, Jira/Smartsheets to support a Specialty Health Network (SHN) initiative, including integration with the client’s proprietary Healthwatch product.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned PM with a strong tactical mindset, expert-level vendor management skills, and the ability to effectively navigate and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day execution of the SHN initiative, coordinating tasks and timelines to align with overall project goals.
• Assist with integration efforts between SHN systems and the Healthwatch platform by facilitating collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Track vendor activities and deliverables, escalating issues as needed to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Act as a key liaison for internal and external teams, helping to manage communication, set expectations, and surface any blockers.
• Monitor project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans in partnership with senior team members.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, capture key decisions, and coordinate activities across workstreams.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including action items, timelines, and regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Tracking project budgets and burn rates
• Supporting cost estimation and resource forecasting
• Contributing to variance analysis and reporting for project spend
• Collaborating with finance teams to ensure project financials align with organizational processes

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, with hands-on involvement in executing pharmacy or healthcare-related initiatives.
• Experience with Enterprise application integration projects
• Support budgets and burn rates
• Demonstrated ability to support and coordinate vendor activities, track contract milestones.
