Our client is seeking an Intermediate Product Analyst to support software development, working with Jira, and business requirements in an agile environment. (RFR 292 & RFR 293)

Must Have

• 3-5 years’ experience in an IT analyst role
• Team lead experience (minimum 1 year)
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Experience with Jira
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or commerce (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4 ERP, Cash Management, TRM, and/or Concur (v1809 or newer)
• Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive

Description

The client is looking for an IT Analyst to support the development, management, and resolution of user stories, facilitate business requirements gathering, and monitor software development quality. This role also involves incident management, enhancement requests, and ensuring solutions meet defined standards and maintainability. The successful candidate will work closely with both business stakeholders and the IT team, supporting product increments and fostering a collaborative agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and resolve stories in Jira
• Evaluate and develop business requirements
• Monitor software development to ensure adherence to standards
• Manage incidents and handle incoming enhancement requests
• Document and execute user story acceptance tests
• Provide user story and solution support to team members
• Support investigation and analysis of incidents
• Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with stakeholders and IT team
• Ensure high-quality development and solution delivery before product releases
