Intermediate Power BI Developer to design, build and maintain dashboards for reporting on business performance and operational metrics

Our enterprise client within the Finance industry is seeking an Intermediate Power BI Developer to design, build and maintain dashboards for reporting on business performance and operational metrics.

This is an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will follow a hybrid working model in the beltline of downtown Calgary (3 days in office/week).

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years' hands-on Power BI reports and dashboard development experience
• 3+ years' experience with DAX
• Experience pulling reports and data from multiple databases and sources
• Experience with Power BI forecasting
• Ability to access and work with data from the Power BI data warehouse.
• Experience with Power BI report refresh monitoring and basic maintenance tasks (e.g., granting access, updating visuals, troubleshooting).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Snowflake experience
• Experience with Power BI architecture
