Description
Our valued public sector client is looking for a Network Analyst to provide support and configuration of a complex mesh network in a classified environment. The role focuses on maintaining network integrity and performance while supporting implementation and sustainment activities.
Tasks include:
- Implement and manage network technologies by preparing detailed implementation plans, installing components, and ensuring reliable integration into the existing environment.
- Optimize and maintain network systems through configuration adjustments, system monitoring, and proactive performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and support users by identifying network issues, resolving them efficiently, and maintaining documentation on incidents and resolutions.
Deliverables:
- Regular performance reports summarizing issues and resolutions.
- On-demand situation reports on JSIS network sustainment, adapted to scope and operational requirements.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) outlining:
- Task resource management;
- Issue resolution processes and timelines;
- Account administration protocols;
- Software tutorial catalogues;
- Contact lists for recurring issues.
Must have:
- Secret security clearance with the Federal Government
- Work on site - Ottawa Est
