Job Title: IT - IT Asset Management Currency Analyst

12 Months

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week. Subject to change per hiring manager.

Office Location: 81 Bay 10th Fl


What does the LOB do?:

Responsible for day-to-day operational management of the Technology Infrastructure environment, ensuring cost-effective, secure infrastructure and evolving it to meet business needs.

Reason the role is open?:

LOB has a need to expand support for the US Side. Canadian resources will be partnering with the Canadian team to learn their processes.

What project will this contractor be working on?:

IT Asset Lifecycle Management, focusing on End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) tracking and reporting.


Job Description:

Responsible for managing and reporting IT Assets approaching EOL/EOS, coordinating lifecycle plans, generating strategic reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and modernization.

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.

• Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers.

• Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.

• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.

• Supports one or more highly complex business processes.

• Works on multiple projects as a project team member.

• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

• Formulate system scope and objectives, and validate the developed requirements, testing, training and implementation of applications.

• Assist internal business groups on process improvement projects.

• Provide technical guidance concerning business implications of application development projects.

Must Have Requirement:

2- 5 years

· Ability to provide business-as-usual and ad hoc reporting, including designing and maintaining reports for various audiences.

· Strong analytical skills with experience in understanding data and performing gap analysis.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.

· Advanced Excel skills (pivots, macros, tables, charts).

· Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or related field.


Nice to Have:

· Experience contributing to governance activities (end-of-life remediation tracking, data governance, risk metric validation, process improvement).

· Working experience with Power BI and MS SQL.

· Familiarity with infrastructure services, platforms, technologies, and Cloud.

· Experience with ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB.

· ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
