Our client is Canadas largest retailer. They are looking for an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our clients Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cyber Command Center initiatives.

This individual will act as a generalist, capable of capturing requirements, writing documentation, supporting testing, and assisting in change management processes.

Location: 4 days onsite in Brampton HQ

We're seeking a versatile Intermediate Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cyber Command Center initiatives. This individual will act as a generalist, capable of capturing requirements, writing documentation, supporting testing, and assisting in change management processes.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of IAM or cybersecurity concepts (preferred, not mandatory)
• Proven experience in:
• Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Writing end-user documentation and training materials
• Creating test cases and supporting UAT/testing phases
• Drafting change requests and supporting change management processes

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document clear, actionable business and system requirements
• Support IAM and cybersecurity teams with end-to-end business analysis tasks
• Create process documentation, training guides, and user manuals for end-users and technical teams
• Develop test plans, create test cases, and support user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are met
• Identify and document change requests as needed throughout the project lifecycle
• Help facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project discussions
• Provide general support for project documentation and tracking
