Description
Our telecommunications client is seeking a Intermediate Business Analyst to streamline processes and optimizing workflows for a large Service Management Transformation using ServiceNow.
8 month contract to start, possible extension. 100% fully remote, can work in MST/PST/EST zone.
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, supporting process improvement projects
- Experience with ServiceNow, demonstrated hands-on experience leading or supporting ServiceNow implementations, with a strong understanding of the platform’s capabilities and how it can be leveraged to drive service management improvements.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience working with TELUS
