Our client is a national healthcare company. They are looking for an Int. Technical Project Manager/Delivery Manager to bring structure, delivery discipline, and outcome-based reporting to mature delivery environments.

Business Line: Healthcare Services - Specialty Care

Duration: 1 Year

Location: Brampton - 4 days/week onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small-to-medium scale technology implementation and migration projects. Introduce structure and discipline to projects involving a proprietary patient management system.
• Manage delivery milestones, project timelines, risks, and dependencies. Establish clear visibility into weekly status updates and contribute to quarterly executive summaries.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams not accustomed to formal PM processes.
• Work with leadership to build PMO collateral: project charters, reporting templates, scorecards, and governance workflows.
• Collaborate closely with operations leaders and directors to demonstrate value and outcomes.
• Drive clarity, alignment, and forward momentum in a fast-moving environment with limited formal workflow tools.
• Identify, surface, and manage risks with appropriate balance and communication.
• Support change management efforts as the organization scales delivery practices.

Must Have Skills:

• 4-7 Years of Technical Project Management experience
• Strong experience delivering projects in small-to-medium organizations with less mature PMO structures.
• Experience with technology migrations and/or systems implementations
• Strong understanding of risk management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
