Our financial services client is seeking a IAM Business and Process Optimization Lead (5+ years) to drive infrastructure onboarding and process improvements within SailPoint IIQ

Join a high-impact cybersecurity program within the Identity Access Lifecycle Services group delivering new identity initiatives and optimizing enterprise processes. This role leads process improvement and infrastructure onboarding activities for SailPoint IIQ, contributing to strategic roadmap and identity modernization goals. It offers exposure to AI and automation initiatives and collaboration with identity service owners and business stakeholders on high-visibility projects.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid in office once a week on Tuesday and one Friday per month.

Must Haves

  • 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) within enterprise environments
  • 5+ years applying SailPoint IIQ solutions across identity lifecycle or integration projects
  • 3+ years focused on process optimization and infrastructure onboarding to SailPoint IIQ
  • Proven ability to develop identity strategies and solutions supporting roadmap development

Nice to Have

  • Previous banking or insurance sector experience
  • Agile methodology exposure
  • Experience with CyberArk, Workday, and ServiceNow
  • CISSP certification
  • Prior leadership of IAM-related projects

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding of infrastructure components and applications to SailPoint IIQ
  • Optimize IAM processes through assessment, redesign, and risk reduction
  • Develop and maintain IAM lifecycle processes, supporting documentation, and metrics
  • Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement within identity operations
  • Collaborate with IAM service owners, operations, and technology teams to align objectives
  • Contribute to identity roadmap development and execution of security enhancements
  • Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, and presentation materials for management oversight
