Responsible for designing, implementing, and governing comprehensive, cost-effective D365 Finance & Operations solutions

Deliverables

• Define the architectural strategy, design, and implementation of D365 F&O components, ensuring they align with business goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the solution, including technical, functional, and data migration efforts.
• Providing subject matter expertise on the configuration and design of an interface for sending sales order information to an external TMS system.
• FDD for Mercury Gate interface
• FDD for an extension to add fields on the sales order form
• FDD for Freight Reconciliation Report

Must Haves

• Deep functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance modules (General Ledger, AP/AR, Cash/Bank, Fixed Assets, Tax) and ideally SCM.
• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.
• Experience implementing large scale ERP projects is a definite asset
• Certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Food Processing or Retail sectors

Other Skills

• Understanding of Azure, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Power Platform.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders to define scope, validate design decisions, and ensure project success.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement/consulting skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills, and able to document system requirements and functional design.
