Summary

Leading the design and implementation of D365 F&O Supply Chain solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and are aligned with overall IT strategy. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their requirements and translate them into effective and efficient solutions.


Deliverables


  • Lead the end-to-end design of D365 F&SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify process improvements, and map them to D365 capabilities.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas where standard D365 functionality meets or requires modification, then create a solution blueprint to guide the project.
  • Develop training materials and deliver sessions to help end-users understand and effectively use the new D365 solutions


Education/Work Experience


  • Proven experience in Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) with expertise in implementing the following modules: Inventory Management, Intercompany Trading, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management, Warehouse Management, Landed Cost
  • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle D365 ERP/CRM implementations.
  • Bachelor and/or Master's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in D365 Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement/consulting skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills, and able to document system requirements and functional design.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a global team and demonstrate initiative and proactive approach to daily tasks.

  • Procurement & Sourcing
  • Product Information Management
  • Warehouse Management
  • Landed Cost


Other Skills

  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders to define scope, validate design decisions, and ensure project success.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the development team, providing guidance on functional specifications, unit and system test scripts, and ensuring solution quality.
