Business Analyst – Cyber (Documentation & Coordination Focus)

Location: North Mississauga / South Brampton (4 days onsite)

Duration: Contract through end of year with strong likelihood of extension

S.i. Systems is supporting a large Canadian retailer within their Cyber Security portfolio, with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and related initiatives.

As the team continues to scale, they are looking for a Business Analyst who can support delivery through strong organization, documentation, and coordination across multiple workstreams.

This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.

• Support IAM and cyber security initiatives through documentation and coordination
• Capture meeting notes, action items, and maintain clear tracking of deliverables
• Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation and templates
• Work with stakeholders to ensure updates, tasks, and timelines are clearly documented
• Support project delivery by keeping information organized and accessible
• Provide general BA / project coordination support across multiple initiatives

• Experience supporting project delivery as a Business Analyst
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to track action items and follow through on deliverables
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Exposure to IAM or cyber security-related initiatives
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Experience supporting structured documentation or process templates
