Banking Accountant
6 months contract
4 days on site - Wellington Street, Toronto.
Scope of Project: change in process- upfront analysis / change in process- upfront analysis
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Interpreting balance sheets
Product control team
Working with regional finance
hands on approach in this role. Personable to interact with stakeholders, finance related teams.
Understanding balance sheet of The Bank and underlying businesses
Personable to interact with stakeholders, finance related teams.
Interpreting balance sheets
Capital Markets exp would be a nice to have
Understanding regional PnL and tax
Comprehension of entity structure and revenue transfer
Upfront analysis of a regional view of PnL
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
- 5 years of Experience
- Balance sheets
- Regional view of PnL
- Banking sector experience
- Analytics
Degree/Level of Education: University degree mandatory
Certifications Required: CFA or CPA is a nice to have
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Capital Markets - Product knowledge of capital markets
- Tech capabilities: Macros, Python scripts
- Regional tax experience
AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
