The Partner Engagement Expert is a critical component in expanding Ecosystem Development capabilities across the Business Suite, with a strong focus on the integration of Business Data & AI. This role will work across multiple disciplines to expand the scope and scale of Partner Ecosystem Success (PES), while optimizing partner coverage throughout the Americas.

This position plays a key role in future-readying the partner landscape and directly supports strategic Growth Pillar initiatives, including Building Skills Across PES and Capacity Expansion. Given the strategic importance of these initiatives, the growing focus on topics such as the Autonomous Enterprise, and the overall Americas business priorities, this role will report directly to the Americas Chief Partner Officer (CPO).

What you’ll do:

• Understand and align solution, sales, and partner go-to-market strategies across the Business Suite portfolio focused on Business Data & AI

• Assess the current partner landscape and maintain a solution-specific partner heatmap to identify strengths, gaps, and market opportunities across the Americas

• Articulate whitespace opportunities and provide guidance on partner recruitment and ecosystem expansion to build an optimized coverage model

• Partner engagement - act as a strategic advisor to partners to improve win rates, increase market impact, and grow their business

• Increase partner capability in sales and presales through enablement, coaching, and ecosystem development initiatives

• Field engagement - act as a strategic advisor to sales teams to promote partners, evangelize channel best practices, and gather actionable partner feedback from the field

• Provide partner recommendations to increase win rates by ensuring best-fit partners are engaged early in the sales cycle

• Drive ongoing partner performance tracking, business analysis, and ecosystem optimization initiatives

• Function as the main point of contact for regional and global sales, solution, customer engagement, and partner teams as it relates to coordination, development, and articulation of the partner ecosystem

• Support strategic initiatives focused on scaling PES capabilities and advancing the organization’s focus on AI, Business Data, and the Autonomous Enterprise

What you bring:

• 10-15 years of overall business experience with at least 5 years in cloud-based business-related roles

• Functional knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Delivery

• Understanding of solution and cloud selling through partners

• Experience working successfully within multi-channel go-to-market models

• Strong knowledge and understanding of partner ecosystem dynamics

• Effective communication and virtual presentation skills at the executive level

• High-energy mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas and champion best practices

• Proven capability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining independent accountability

• Strong local market knowledge and understanding of the software industry, trends, and vertical markets

• Business-level English proficiency

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Highly developed communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

• Strong sales and operational capabilities, including the ability to analyze business performance and market opportunities

• Ability to operate effectively in a complex matrix organization

• Strong values-based approach to building trust, alignment, and engagement across teams and stakeholders

• Ability to remain objective, resilient, and effective under pressure while maintaining high levels of energy, ethics, communication, transparency, and leadership
