Description
We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on professional to join our team in a key inventory support role. Reporting into the Manager of Systems and Operations supporting the technology development team.
Experiences:
- Experience in warehouse and inventory management
- Inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution of parts
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area
- Vendor management
- Daily/weekly reporting as required
- Invoice reconciliation and various administrative tasks
- Warranty submission and recovery follow-up (RMA)
- Preference may be given to candidates that have experience with Industrial IT solutions
- Travel may be required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse and inventory management environments, with an understanding of how accurate inventory control and efficient material handling support operational uptime and service reliability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player with a strong customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment - warehouse/office
