Commercial Producer/Account Executive

Compensation

• 3-year guaranteed draw salary in the range of $60,000 to $100,000 or more based on candidate experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial sector
• Identify client needs and customize insurance solutions accordingly
• Drive new business development through prospecting and networking
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
• Collaborate with underwriting and policy teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Attend client meetings and industry events as required
• Manage policy renewals and ongoing account servicing

Qualifications

• Proven commercial insurance sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid RIBO license
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and risks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience with Applied Epic software is a plus
• Bilingual skills are an asset but not required
