What will your typical day look like?

Key responsibilities
We are active across all things real estate, so if you feel like you match some of the below criteria, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Corporate Advisory: Provide corporate advisory services including workplace strategy and design, location and site selection, and portfolio optimization.
  • Development Advisory: Deliver development advisory services encompassing market intelligence, feasibility studies, business case analysis, asset class analytics, and transaction support.
  • Real Estate Efficiency: Develop and advise on target real estate operating models, management processes, governance frameworks, outsourcing vs. in-house services, and technology solutions.
  • Digital Real Estate: Drive digital real estate initiatives such as living master plans.
  • Capital Planning and Prioritization: Analyze leases, rent rolls, financial statements, and forecasted cash flows.
  • Financial Analysis: Build DCF models and Argus-based valuations across asset classes.
  • Project Delivery: Draft client-ready reports, presentations, and investment memos through Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Business Development: Support business development through proposal writing and client presentations.
About the team

Deloitte's Infrastructure & Real Estate (I&RE) group provides comprehensive advisory services in Portfolio Optimization, Development Advisory, and Digital Real Estate Services.

In Portfolio Optimization, the group focuses on strategic planning to optimize corporate real estate assets, including location strategy, lease analysis, and feasibility studies, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce costs. They also address accommodation needs and occupancy optimization to align portfolio requirements with organizational goals.

In Development Advisory, the team assists with asset investments and development projects, offering market intelligence, feasibility studies, public sector land development support, and business case analysis. They guide real estate asset strategy and development, ensuring successful project execution and optimization.

In Digital Real Estate Services, the group leverages technology to enhance real estate operations and workplace modernization. This includes implementing smart building solutions, digital asset management, and technology-driven workspace optimization to create efficient, future-ready environments.

Overall, the I&RE group combines strategic planning, development expertise, and digital innovation to optimize real estate assets and modernize workplaces for private and public sector clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Economics, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in real estate (e.g., advisory or consulting).
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word skills.
  • Argus experience a bonus.
  • Progress towards AACI, CFA, PMP, or equivalent designation is an asset.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to mange competing deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
